The "Floss Boss" and her team are absolutely incredible! As a parent, it's a huge relief to find a dentist that my kids genuinely love going to. The doctor is so nice and patient, making sure every visit is a positive and comfortable experience for them. The dental assistants are equally fantastic—they are full of energy and make the whole process fun. We always leave with a smile. We highly recommend this practice!
The professionalism is out of this world. All the office staff merely are welcoming and gentle with the kids. They are very caring knowledgeable. But wait a minute can we talk about the esthetic in this place? The office is kids friendly, clean and very beautiful my 2 boys went straight to the kids corner ( a little kitchen they have there ) and started cooking. The dentist took her time to discuss the plan with me and explained the next steps. I am extremely satisfied with the visit.
Floss boss did an incredible job with my new borns tongue tie. They prioritized his needs and made my wife and I comfortable leaving him in their care. After the procedure they took the time to make sure everything was okay. We truly appreciate being taken care of so well. If I could give them more stars I would!
We couldn’t be more thankful to the entire team at Floss Boss. I filled out the contact form on their website on Sunday evening and they called me back first thing Monday morning. As new patients, they were able to verify our insurance and see my daughter that same day to take care of her issue (which involved a tooth extraction). Had an emergency visit while visiting family. Our normal dentist is all the way down in Georgia so we reached out to the practice and they were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The receptionist was very helpful in booking the appointment right away, we did not have to wait once we arrived, the office was incredibly clean and welcoming, and the dentist and staff were professional but also personable and helped calm down my two yr old. I wish this practice was down by us so we could be regular patients!
