This was my first time trying Lou Malnati's Pizza. Frank, the manager, took my order. He explained the quality of the ingredients and the process. He recommended "The Lou," and I added sausage. He was right! It was an excellent first choice. However, the highlight for me was the salad dressing, sweet vinegarette...superb! The service I received for my first experience was top notch. Spaghetti was all meat but no sauce whatsoever. First time I ordered, good flavor, second time disappointing. I'm a spaghetti lover, searching for good spaghetti in this community. I know deep dish pizza is supposed to be your thing, not mine but I love good Italian foot.Also need updated menu, prices changed and no menus at store.
Love lou, not a fan of this location. We already called to resolve it but in my opinion, they don't care. Wish that would change but I don't have faith in that. The phone will just keep ringing because the ingredients taste amazing...they are just not compelled to do better. Really should consider taking your deliver orders more serious. There's no reason why I should be waiting 20-30 minutes plus on a PAID pick up order. The order is never ready at the time that they give. They also LOVE to fabricate how long your order will be. They tell you it's a 5 minute wait and you end up waiting 25/30 minutes. I've tried to give them multiple chances. Even after the super bowl incident where everyone waiting 4 hours for a pizza. I'm officially done supporting and doing gigs for this location. I have tried different locations of this franchise and yet to be disappointed, until now... When I heard that Flossmoor had a brand new location that was 10 minutes away from my home, I was super stoked and definitely wanted to indulge.... I order a small sausage and a large Italian beef pizza. And this is what I received, the pizza was definitely under cooked, it was barely any meat, or cheese for that matter.
