I had ordered a large deep dish pizza for pick-up on my way home from work. When I arrived at the pick-up time, I was informed they had an issue with their ticketing system and my order had gotten lost in the shuffle. The man that spoke with me could not have been more accommodating. He told me they were going to get my pizza in right away and offered my daughter and I any drinks while we waited as well as some cookies for my daughter AND completely refunded my order. I ordered a small “The Lou” Deep Dish Pizza. I added Jalapeños as well. I had my children’s father to pick it up for me & when I began to eat it, I noticed that they didn’t even put the jalapeños….in which I paid for, on the pizza. Also, the pizza was very bland…didn’t even have much taste to it & I could not taste any butter in the crust. When I called, they were closed. I will be calling tomorrow to request a refund. Paid almost $30 for this mess.
Pizza was delicious! The boneless wings weren't my favorite they were very dry over done dark in color not much sauce on them at all. The breading was ehhh at best. But maybe just an off day. It was my first time getting food from them but I will try the wings again just to see. The counter girls were very sweet and efficient the waiting area was very clean and tidy. It's a definite must try again. It is only carry out and parking can be a little tricky. But not a terrible experience at all. Give em a try
We got the boneless buffalo chicken wings instead of the bone-in wings due to a miscommunication on my daughter-in-law's part. They were okay, but my son didn't like them at all and said they tasted fake. We also ordered a deep dish pepperoni that was amazing! Lots of pepperoni and the sauce on top was chunky with a great flavor. All in all an excellent dinner!
Diving through Chicago, had to try deep dish. Being a southern boy I was timid, but I gotta say I was not disappointed. Food was great and a personal was more than enough to eat for 2 meals for me.
