Austin exceeded my expectatives and he went beyond and provided me with useful knowledge to understand easily the whole maintenance of my system. Very helpful and clear. Thanks for showing for maintenance in such short notice. Very satisfied with service provided.
Customer for 16 years… came out to perform a service and the technician was in the process of breaking our unit to get the lid to go back on. He had no clue what he was doing. We asked him to stop what he was doing and leave. Called the company and they wanted to charge us for another tech to come out. Charged us full price for the original tech as well. Mr. Tyrell came to my house at the scheduled time, introduced himself very politely as the Tech. As I took him to the Water Softener location, I told him what i was experiencing, after examining the machime, he explained to me what he planned on doing. I asked about the guarantee for the job he was going to do, he told me that it would be for 5 to 7 years. Bradly provided excellent service. He was professional, on-time, communicated well, and was efficient and knowledgeable. It's so nice to have a technician who is honest. Bradly is a real asset to this company and will keep customers coming back.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the cost of the service fees. I will say, however, these machines a quality and we've been pleased with every technician we've encountered. The most recent techician, Austin Herlin, was fantastic. He serviced our machines and he was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a great job explaining things to me and was thorough in his work.
