Austin exceeded my expectatives and he went beyond and provided me with useful knowledge to understand easily the whole maintenance of my system. Very helpful and clear. Thanks for showing for maintenance in such short notice. Very satisfied with service provided.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the cost of the service fees. I will say, however, these machines a quality and we've been pleased with every technician we've encountered. The most recent techician, Austin Herlin, was fantastic. He serviced our machines and he was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a great job explaining things to me and was thorough in his work.
Matt Mckiernan, our service technician, was amazing. I'm a retired Buildings and Grounds Superintendent and before that a physical plant maintenance mechanic, with the state of WI. He listened to the issue we had with our equipment so he could fix it properly. He was gracious and humored me as I watched and asked questions. Excellent service from the moment I called. Customer rep was able to schedule my appointment and sent me confirm. They keep me updated on service rep, provided id of rep coming. Both service reps listened to issue and explained the identified issue and was able to repair. Excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended
DeAngelo Thomas was excellent! He came out to fix our water softener and did a fantastic job. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. We really appreciated his great service and would highly recommend him.
