I went to the Plano location on Dexter Dr; the staff is courteous, professional, compassionate and friendly, great customer care. This facility has private rooms and they monitor you throughout all the sessions. They worked with me for the best schedule to have the sessions. They explain everything clearly and answer all questions. Julie, Savannah and the team at Flow Therapy-Plano were exceptional. Everyone was knowledgeable, compassionate and discussed my personal progress during the beginning, middle and end of each individual visit. The bottom line is my quality of life has improved, and I believe it's due to the Enhanced External Counterpulsation sessions at Flow Therapy-Plano
The therapy itself is beneficial and the staff makes it a pleasant experience and makes you comeback each day to get treated and interact with them. My parents are both about 75 years old with physical limitations. Their feedback has been extremely positive and they shared that it was helping them feel lighter and now they feel energetic to do their routine without feeling fatigued.
After years of suffering, not being able to work, doctors not wanting to fix the problem but had no problems prescribing medications, some are so expensive I feel as though I was a lab rat. Love all of the techs and people who provide my daily care they are helpful and knowledgeable. However, make sure you get your quote in writing if you are cash pay. I originally received a cash pay discount and was quoted what an additional 10 treatments would cost. I stated early on I wanted to add them and we discussed several times. I paid today for my 10 added treatments and even though I’m a current patient who was given a quote - the cash pay discount is no longer available and it cost me an ADDITIONAL $1000 to add the... read more
