This was my first time at this office and I had an amazing experience. They were able to get me in quickly to see the lovely PA, Jessi. Her and her nurse were amazing and took time to answer my questions and make me feel at ease. I would recommend this office to everyone because I had such a great experience from start to finish. Jessi will be my go-to from here on out!!!
Jessi and Dr. Perez are AMAZING !! They did such a great job not only with my Botox and filler, but in making me feel comfortable about the whole process. I drove 4 hours have my work done by them, Highly recommend and will def be coming back !
Why don't YOU GUYS call ME? You have my number since I've left you three total messages. It's pretty comical to respond to a review about not returning my phone calls by asking me to call you AGAIN. Whenever we are short staffed at my job, we stay late until all of our customers are taken care of.
Update: Wow...The office fails where patient care and appropriate follow up is concerned...that is a major issue, but you get the feeling you are just another number. The people at the front desk keep asking for my insurance card each visit. Really..?? Don't they have it on file already?? This medical practice lost a star in my evaluation.
