Awesome little low key gym with modern clean equipment that’s perfect for beginners. Equipment is safety oriented. I am brand new to weight lifting and the owner is super chill, helped me learn how to use the machines as I didn’t know what I was doing. Very positive friendly environment. Would recommend for experienced lifters and especially newbies.

I come to Bozeman often to visit family. The owner, Chris, has been very accommodating to let me use Fluid Motion when I’m in town. I LOVE Fluid Motion Fitness! The gym is clean. The atmosphere is welcoming. The equipment is top notch. If there were five more stars available, I would give Fluid Motion a 10 Star Review! I’ll be back next time I’m in town. Thanks again Chris!

This gym has everything I need. It's always clean and quiet, no smashing weights, blasting music, or lines to use the equipment. Easy 24/7 access in and out. The other patrons are nice, and Chris the owner is very easy to contact and communicate with. You're not working with a large company or bunch of random staff members here. It truly feels like a clean, well kept neighborhood gym for a reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

This is a terrific, no frills place to workout. Immaculately clean, and all the exercise machines work perfectly. Nothing is more annoying than getting on a bike or elliptical or treadmill and it squeaks or vibrates because of poor maintenance. Never happen here. The owner visits often and watches over everything closely. Highly recommend this fitness place!!!

In an era where everything feels corporate, over-priced and over-hyped, Fluid Motion is a welcome relief. Always clean, rarely crowded, and with plenty of equipment and free weight options – Chris runs a fantastic, accessible, local-feeling gym with 24/7 access.
