I have been to all instructors’ classes multiple times, and I can confirm that they are all so professional, attentive and lovely. the studio is clean, aesthetic and light-filled. there are quite a lot of classes at different times of the day, starting from early 5:30am classes. the best part is that it is a very pregnancy-friendly studio, as you can still attend all mat and pilates classes and the experienced instructors will modify any moves that shouldn’t be done during pregnancy. there are also studio classes with one on... read more

I’ve had an amazing experience at Fluidform Pilates Rozelle! I started with the mums and bubs classes 12 weeks postpartum, and the instructors were incredibly caring and knowledgeable. The classes helped me regain strength and stability. I’ve since joined their mat and reformer classes, and they’ve all been fantastic and challenging. Plus, the studio is beautiful and light-filled. Highly recommend!
This Pilates studio in Rozelle is just the best! I’ve been coming for over 1 year and all the classes are fun, varied with excellent trainers. Both my body and mind have greatly benefited. The studio is bright and clean and the vibe is welcoming and friendly. So glad to have Fluidform in the neighbourhood!
