The clinic manager needs training on customer service and how not to insult clients. I pulled my records for both of my cats and moved their care to another vet. When I researched vets in the area I discovered that flying cloud was the most expensive. My new vet provides the same service at 2/3 the cost which is significant when considering a visit for rabies and distemper shots at flying cloud is $101.

Went to check in my dog and they refused to use his harness. They put a chocker on him which cause him to freak out and gag. Claiming it was to limit contact, which I’m normally all for but this is taking it to harmful extreme. They could have used their leashes with his harness. Then they wanted triple what most vets charge to look at a sample of a fatty lump. Should have saved my money and waited for his normal vet. This is unacceptable.
Don’t go there if you value your wallet.
I called well over 4 hours ago about my very ill cat. I have still not heard from anyone. Going forward I will be taking my animals some place I hope they are appreciated. Disgusted by this service
