Lost $700,000.00 - thank God I knew who to contact to find my money. Sent important, sensitive personal and financial information to the wrong people. Did not give me paperwork I requested. Incompetent at best. Stay away from these people in Billings or have fun dealing with them.
Chelsey at the Bilings downtown location is truly amazing! She took all the headaces out of the title office process. I cant thank her enuf for such professional leval of service.
Chelsey is very professional and went above and beyond what any employee would be expected to do.
The closing was fine. We did not like the parking situation at that location.
