Shannon saved us from a sticky situation! We had purchased a property through another title company of the seller’s choosing, but there was a problem with the seller’s name on the deed (she had removed one of her last names by the time her estate was selling the property), so the county recorded it but left both seller and buyer names on the property. We recently purchased our home in Libby, MT and worked with the First American Title team; outstanding customer service, outstanding communication throughout the whole process. We experienced some weather related delays during closing and First American did everything they could to help us close on time. They do not respond to concerns or complaints. ZERO response. I would have loved to have had my concerns addressed privately, as I have also had great experiences with this company.
