All the employees at LCAT are so friendly and accommodating. they magically do all the work in the background for closings to go smoothly. Bill and Kristen provide education for local realtors and know how to celebrate in style with their generous community events.
I had the pleasure of working with Shan at First American in Great Falls during the closing of our home the end of last month. This wasn't a normal closing as we are currently on the other side of the world in Guam. Shan made this process so easy and stress-free. She was personable, knowledgeable, patient dealing with us so far away, and sweet person to work with. I was warned by other friends who own homes that the process is tedious and stressful but Shan made it completely opposite. Very Highly recommend!
