Dependable Since 1979 In the summer of 1978, in between weekend basketball games, high-school buddies John Franzone and Ben Marcantoni started replacing concrete driveways and sidewalks in the Timonium area. F&M Contractors became incorporated in February, 1979 and licensed by the Maryland State Home Improvement commission. Ben Marcantoni became the sole officer in 1981, when John Franzone left to join his family business Fawn Plastics.

It was the best experience we have had with any group of contractors and their affiliates. From the first email with a prompt follow up phone call to make an appointment, everything was on time and explained perfectly by TJ. The concrete stope leading into our backyard was in bad shape and had been difficult to go in and out. I cannot recommend F&M highly enough. Here is why. Everyone has a story of when things go right but here is what happened when something went awry and the excellent way F&M handled it. We had a rainy Spring which delayed our driveway. Every step of the way Maddisen at F&M kept us up to date and answered any questions we had. The day the project was completed and our driveway poured it unexpectedly rained. F & M did a GREAT job replacing my large driveway and most of my sidewalk at my home in Springlake. They lived up to their outstanding reputation. The crews were polite, professional, hardworking, well supervised, and on time and schedule. They were detail oriented and went the extra mile.
