This is the worst pool company ever. Frank( the owner ) pretends that he cares when you hire them. Says " he will be there for you". They took my money and started the pool 4 monthe late. They came to my site once in a while, when I called and asked where they were. It took them over a year to complete a small pool. They never showed up or cared one bit. FM Pools built my pool after a pool company took a 26k check from me and then shut down. As you can imagine, earning my trust was important. And Mark, Bruyn and Todd did everything on time and to perfection. Great company! Great people! The BEST.
FM Pools put my pool in a few years ago - during the heart of Covid and despite all the usual supply problems at that time they completed the job relatively close to the timeline and on budget with quality. Since then I’ve had a few minor issues and despite the warranty period ending they took care of them. Nice to know they stand by their work! I would highly recommend them.
The most awful company to hire. Took deposit and took a year to complete pool. The staff don't return calls, they have no pride in their work. Over a year and a half later the pool is still a mess. Finally after being ignored we are considering legal action. And they are not cheap.
Do yourself a favor and call any other pool company. FM pools should not even be in business. We contracted with FM over a year and half ago and our pool is still incorrect. Their management is worthless and they cant keep employees so 90% of the time you have no idea whats going on with your project. Frank (the owner) has excuses for everything if you can even get him on the phone, and his main excuse is that he runs multiple companies and is not involved in it much.
