Do yourself a favor and call any other pool company. FM pools should not even be in business. We contracted with FM over a year and half ago and our pool is still incorrect. Their management is worthless and they cant keep employees so 90% of the time you have no idea whats going on with your project. Frank (the owner) has excuses for everything if you can even get him on the phone, and his main excuse is that he runs multiple companies and is not involved in it much. RUN AND USE ANYONE BUT FM POOLS. Read the comment from my husband Andrew Neal as well which goes into depth of our experience. We couldnt get anything accomplished til he posted that review. From that initial review, they were confused as to why we would post that review and promised to fix all the issues we had. FM Pools built my pool after a pool company took a 26k check from me and then shut down. As you can imagine, earning my trust was important. And Mark, Bruyn and Todd did everything on time and to perfection. Great company! Great people! The BEST.
FM Pools put my pool in a few years ago - during the heart of Covid and despite all the usual supply problems at that time they completed the job relatively close to the timeline and on budget with quality. Since then I’ve had a few minor issues and despite the warranty period ending they took care of them. Nice to know they stand by their work! I would highly recommend them.
FM Pools did an amazing job with our remodel... We love our new back yard. They came up with creative ideas, provided renderings, and schedules and then over-delivered on their commitments. They kept the project on budget. And with the exception of a few days delay due to Florida rain stuck to the schedule that we discussed. They were proactive with communication and when we needed to discuss something they picked up the phone and had answers.
