EXCELLENT! We went today to look at the wide range of BBQ product - very impressive! But what really stood out was the professional and knowledgeable information and customer service provided. Plenty of time was taken by the staff member (owner?) to explain the various options available. It is great to receive this kind of dedicated and personalised customer service - not common these days. We left very happy with a new WEBER BBQ and a few additional accessories. Attended the very first Kettle BBQ cooking class today. What a great afternoon, no need to cook dinner for myself tonight lol. The class was very informative and was easy to understand. I visited the store today looking for a replacement BBQ for home and was blown away by the range of Weber BBQs on display. Mike, the owner, took me through the whole range of Weber Qs They had all the models and the colours in stock so we were able to pick our favourite and take it home with us. He showed us all the accessories we needed and explained the new gas cylinder connections, which we had no idea about – saved us some time and money. We recently bought a weber barbecue from this store. The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. We followed up by attending one of their cooking classes. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff made it the best experience ever and the food was second to none.
If you are looking for a 1st rate experience this is the place to go. The modern spacious layout housing a vast array of BBQ, accessories and more. This is a one stop shop, no need to go elsewhere to find quality and range. From top end to the basic this store caters to everyone's budget. Topping the experience is the attentive and highly knowledgeable staff. It is quite obvious they know their product inside out.
