Want to give a big shout to Focus HVAC and Tech Brett for getting us back up and running in the middle of this terrible heat wave. Fortunate enough to have had Brett arrive 30 minutes after I called. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and have us back up and running in record time.
Focus is the best! From the estimate by Dan, to the installation of my new AC unit their customer service is by far the best in the business. We recently had trouble with the AC not working and the techs at Focus came out many times over the course of 5 days and were knowledgeable and friendly every single time even in the heat! I would not use anyone else! Thanks Focus for the best service ever and a great staff as well!!

Focus was amazing.. they were all polite and so kind! They were in and out in a timely fashion and our new heater works amazing not to mention the price was great compared to other companies! I would recommend Dan Matson come out and give you an estimate! Then say yes!
My heater was not working, called them at 6pm they were here by 6:30 and had it working by 7:30. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!
