As a single woman I’m always hesitant having people i don’t know in my home. I recently recommended Focus to a female friend of mine. She told me that she felt completely safe the entire time. The Focus crew member came in, did the job and left and not once did she feel uncomfortable or nervous. I think that says a LOT about the quality of people Focus chooses to work for them. Would definitely recommend and use myself!!
Best form of advertisement is word of mouth OR Facebook!! Maurice Johnson and I own a home with a heat pump and several companies came out and told me we need a new system or they tried fixing parts without success......and then....here comes FOCUS HVAC (Not slot of companies know how to fix heat pumps apparently cause some walked away stumped) 💪🏽👊🏽 fixed it within 10 minutes that was 6 yrs ago and the heat pump is still going strong Now we live in a home an hour away and again someone comes out and is unable to fix my ... read more

I just wanted to give a positive review on Stratford’s FOCUS HVAC heating and air conditioning. Today I had an issue with my air conditioner and I know that it is very difficult to get an appointment this time of year, but since I was a resident they made ever effort to come out today. They were able to fix the problem and didn’t try to up sales me on unneeded repairs. I have had horrible experiences in the past with other repair people and it was a pleasure dealing with them. Excellent. I had a very bad experience with Hutchinson Plumbing and Heating (see YELP review). South Jersey Gas had red tagged my gas furnace, hot water and venting in which the gas was shut off. After a failed emergency repair with Hutchinson Plumbing and Heating I called Focus HVAC at 7:30 pm May 18, 2018 based on excellent reviews on YELP and ANGIES LIST.
