My heater was just serviced by Focus a few minutes ago. First of all, I couldn't believe how prompt they were. They gave us a time range from 12-2 and I saw the truck parked outside my house by 11:55. John was very polite and professional and was able to fix my simple problem quickly. I feel the price was fair. I'm very happy with this experience. We will definitely be using Focus again and recommending them to friends.
A/C unit stopped working over the weekend...called Monday morning and they were out by 11:30...diagnosed and explained the repair, and we were back up running within the hour. The repair cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
My AC was not working during the holiday weekend, I called Focus HVAC and they promptly returned my call and set an appointment for that day. Bret arrived on schedule, was courteous and showed me the part that had malfunctioned. I had my house cooling within an hour! I would highly recommend Focus to anyone for your AC and heater service. Amazing company. They have done work for us twice now. Today, we reached out for a service call to examine an issue brought up during a home inspection (we are selling and in a time crunch for repairs). Not only was someone out 3 hours later, but all our issues were resovled, the price was extremely reasonable, and we have all the documentation needed for our buyer. We are so thankful for the friendly and quality service we recieved!
I have used FOCUS on multiple occasions and every time they somehow out do themselves from their previous visits. They are extremely thorough and truly experts in their field. I have referred numerous family members and friends and they all echo the same great remarks!! It's great to finally find and HVAC company that I can trust and never feel taken advantage of! You guys are amazing. I only needed repairs twice in 5 years but each time I was greeted by friendly professionals who not only showed up fast but repaired fast and took the time to explain what was repaired. THANK YOU! (again) I'll never call any one but you guys for hv/ac needs.
