I had poor initial visit but it went good the second time. It was not made clear at interview about the sending of photos and paw reports. I thought they were sending photos of dog and progress reports every couple of days. I only received 2 reports during training. It would have been better if they made that clear at interview. The best part was when I saw them demonstrate what she had learned and how she responded to Laurie and how Laurie was so patient, kind, and loving with my dog. We are so happy to have found Folsom Dog Resort (FDR). Our labradoodle has tons of fun when we bring him for daycare or boarding and we feel comfortable that he is getting great care. We also recently did a board and train program at FDR and have been really impressed with everything our pup learned! The staff are also super responsive whenever I have a question!!
Folsom Dog Resort has been an amazing addition to our family. We use the daycare service regularly. I have my large dog groomed. My puppy did board and train and had a great foundation for obedience. Jack at the front desk knows us by name and is always friendly and helpful.
Such a great pet resort! Front desk check in staff is welcoming and helpful. My lab loves playing in the water, with the other dogs and with the staff. I love knowing my dogs will be safe and happy while I am away on vacation. Thanks so much Folsom Pet Resort!!!
We adopted a pup from Kauai that needed some training. They were patient with her and did some amazing training for her as well as taught us how to continue working on what she learned. Day care and boarding is also wonderful as they communicate any issues and always do what is best (most safe) for all dogs involved. The staff is incredible and truly cares about each animal that comes through there! I won't go anywhere else! Our pups love it there!
