I lived here from 2002 - early 2020, when the property had transferred from State Street Group to Chasseur Realty Investors. The SSG days were not without issues (I mean, the property was built in the 1960's, based on what I could find out), but it was definitely better than the limited time I saw under Chasseur. Zero stars should be an option is all I can say. Toilet still not fixed after 10 months, 3 day notice after being 1 day late on rent, virtually no hot water, impossible to contact office OTP, maintenance doesn't do their job, but have no issues bothering me daily because of a supposed leak, they'll come in look around and leave, but not without asking for money for a beer when it's 3am. If you have ANY other option of living somewhere else, do it. These apartments are the worst. I signed my lease and paid rent for a whole month and could not live in my apartment because I didn't have a working shower and my ceiling was leaking. Among these major issues there were other issues as well. I was told to my face by the property manager that these issues had been fixed before I even signed the lease. Having lived here for a year, the apartments could be so much more if anyone actually took care of anything. It’s almost impossible to reach anyone in the office. From AC problems, to constantly being infested with roaches, no one will ever return your call to get any of this fixed. When moving out you have to give a 60 day notice, and I didn’t hear back about said notice until 5 days before my move out when I called them repeatedly. I was looking for an apartment that offered a short term lease due to me traveling often. I was referred to this complex by a colleague which turned out to be a good option. Management made the process very easy and I was able to move in within a week. I never had any issues and I loved staying here while working at ST Dominic’s.
