This place is extremely unprofessional my doctor recommended me to get an MRI and then she left the practice nobody ever contacted me nor did they return my phone calls when I finally came in again to get my MRI report they didn’t have it and very rudely told me that only one person in the building could access it when it did come in. so I will never go there again Found a new doctor in Leesburg that actually takes care of their patients . Worst experience ever

About 2 weeks ago!!! The receptionist today around 4 was TERRIBLE, unprofessional, rude & very disrespectful. I would give Dr. G a 5 star he is awesome and worked very very well with my child.

Had my Achilles tendon repaired and heel spurs removed and I just love Dr. Gorenshtein! He is so friendly and explains everything he is going to do. The nurse and front desk receptionist (she does scheduling the surgeries) is top notch.

Don’t go to this stay far away. They are unprofessional. Their communication is terrible. When I called to follow up about a pre authorization I waited on hold for exactly 20 mins and then got hung up on. I came to this office early February for an appointment and I needed to have foot surgery. I was in so much pain. They didn’t send the pre authorization for the surgery until 3 months later. My husband called me today and said he has never been treated so badly as today when he called about his appointment. He has been there several times and had no issues with the doctor she was great. His phone conversation with the receptionist left him feeling very upset. Sounds like its time for some new help at that office.
