The staff is great and helpful. Doctor Penvose is a down to earth guy who’s made my unpleasant issue easy to navigate, he gives helpful advice on recovery and overall made the experience great. I’d recommend anyone with foot and ankle issues to get treatment here.
Dr. Provost was rude. He did not ask me why I was there. He came in, introduced himself and said I needed a x-ray with no conversation as to why I was there. He then asked me if I was an expert because I said I don't think my issue is a bone one because I don't have constant steady pain. I shared with him if I were an expert I would not have been there. He also said I was withholding my pharmacy information from the secretary. I had nothing to withhold. I do not have a pharmacy. The last one I went to is closed down.... read more
The only one I see is the nurse Alana. She is fantastic! Miss Alana is extremely gentle on my feet and a delight to talk too. I'm giving 4 stars because some of the other nurses are rough and have heavy hands and made the visit unpleasant to where I did not want to return. Note I visit once a month. I only see Alana or I reschedule. I have only seen my actual doctor 2 or 3 times in the last several years. I will say again kudos goes out to Alana my nurse.
The entire office is very friendly and treated me as if I have been coming for years. I saw Dr. Richard Weiner and I love how direct and straightforward he was with me. I wish he was more than a podiatrist, I would bring my entire family to him. Thank you StepLively for treating me as if I was part of the family
5 stars from me. My oh my, from the moment I walked in, I felt like aVIP Superstar. Great customer service. Quick, efficient and effective. I freaking love this team! Doc was professional and relatable. Didn't feel rushed either. Thank you guys and gals. Take care of your feet and ankles people! YOUR FEET MATTER!
