I don't feel I need to pay more for a visit just to find out about the results of a nail biopsy for which I was charged $193 (and didn't even asked for it, the doctor just snipped it off...) plus $50 copay for the visit, which was already a follow up visit. Furthermore the office staff is not friendly at all!
Dr Frey is THE BEST. He goes out of his way to ensure each and every one of his patients are taken care of! As a nurse in the ER I got to witness his loyalty to his patients, meeting them in the ER when they have an issue. As his patient I’ve not only been 100% pleased with Deanna his MA, but have received amazing care from him personally. If you need a podiatrist who is an EXPERT, go see him. They are expanding their office and still I did not have to wait and was in and out both times I was there this past week.
I recommend Dr. Frey to all of my friends and family. He truly cares about patients and has never made me feel like an inconvenience. From my first visit with him he has cared about my overall health and goes the extra mile. I am extremely impressed and happy with my experience with Dr. Frey and the whole staff.
Doctor Frey and his staff (Dawn and Cameron) were wonderful!! From the time that I called to make my initial appointment (with Dawn) to the end of my second one, there was always a sense of urgency, very professional, friendly attitude, and fantastic bedside manner. Absolutely amazing doctors and staff, very professional, friendly and experienced. I don't say this lightly, they have restored my faith in reasonable priced healthcare and complete service. In one appointment they had a chain saw wound fully cleaned and fixed up like it was nothing to them. If they move into family medical, I will never go anywhere else again. Best doctors appointment I have had in my entire life. 10/10
