Nicole was extremely helpful and pleasant. She was very informative and made the process easy. All the products are well made and comfortable. There are many options available.
Nicole was very knowlegeable about what was best for my feet after remeasuring them and taking the pictures of my feet for the new orthotics. She also left me the choice of buying either of the shoes I tried on until after the new ortotics came in.She was very pleasant to talk to and a good listener.
Shout out to Ryan who was on temporary assignment from Texas. I had a back ordered pair of shoes from a different store that is currently closed and Ryan went the extra mile to help me track them down. I am SO grateful to him for his expert assistance!
