Paula was great Brooks shoes are great but the orthotics purchased after 2 months of use cracked in the heal area. I asked the store employee what to do and he said glue it! wrong answer. I spent a lot of money of shoes and 2 sets of orthotics and that's the response. No effort to assist with trying to resolve the issue. Dan Besson
