Donelle’s attention to detail and enthusiasm in what she does to help you find the perfect shoe is unmatched. With a rush of customers that came in and no assistance she managed to help all of us without anyone being neglected. Thank you for a great learning experience. Will be back.
After discovering this store several years ago I will only buy my a shoes here. Great selection of classy shoes. But the best is the personal service the staff provides. Knowledgeable, will measure you and give you honest advice. Frankly the best shoe store for women and men I found. Whether you have perfect or crooked feet they will provide get the perfect shoes.
I had such a great experience this morning at Foot Solutions thanks to Donnell! She was so much fun to work with and incredibly personable! She took the time with me to make sure I felt comfortable and understood exactly what I was being fitted for. I loved how excited she was about the solutions available — it made the whole process feel positive and easy! I’m super excited that I’ll finally be able to wear an attractive pair of shoes that don’t hurt my feet. Thank you, Donnell, for making this such a great experience!!!
I had Donelle M as my salesperson. She was great. She measured my feet, explained everything she was doing as we went along. She was friendly and very helpful throughout my time in the store. The store was neat and clean and easy to find shoes.
I went into the Foot Solutions store mainly to get a pair of custom orthotics made, but I left with the best education about how my feet align with the rest of my body. Donelle was very thorough explaining the importance of proper foot wear. She explained the importance of not only a good walking shoe, but the importance of a good fit with my leisure, knock around the house shoes! I'm looking forward to introducing her suggestions (misalignment corrections) into my new fitness routine to help take pain off of my knees.
