Came here today to order another pair of orthotics inserts. I was pleasantly pleased with this little gesture this woman who worked there did. After paying, she asked me what insurance provider my group plan was with and proceeded to print out the claim form for me. Then she put everything - invoice, doctors note, claim form - in an envelope. Such a minor thing she did but it was totally unexpected.

Food Solutions is located inside a plaza on no. 2 and Blundell, I probably would not notice the store if I wasn't on purposely looking for orthotics as they do health claims. The selection of shoes are ok with relatively recent styles (2015). They also have catalogues if you don't find anything appealing in store (may take a few weeks to order in). They sell brands such as ECCO, UGGS, New Balance, Clarks and some other few comfortable shoe brands. Their brands and pricing is usually standard as other stores but I would ... read more

Worst customer service experience! I wish I could give .5 star I called to find out what Finn Comfort shoe model they have. The lady on the phone said they have lots of model. Sigh! Meaning I have to visit the store. I owned a Finn Comfort sandals and I wanted the same one but different colour. Visited the store, every time I finished trying "one" shoe, the lady quickly put it back on the rack. Finally decided on a style and wanted to try with both feet. Doesn't even deserve 1 Star!!!! Worse customer service ever. Maggie was unhelpful and rude. I will never return. I do not recommend this location.

Terrible service. Store owner rudely criticizes my parents "next time don't order something that is not in our store!" When THEY made the mistake of ordering wrong colour, and you know what? Shoes are something you need to try on before wearing. It just happens that the very same pair of shoes were uncomfortable for my dad. Then maybe don't offer the service of ordering from catalogue or internet that is not in-store. I will definitely take my business elsewhere and will not be recommending you to any of my family and friend... read more

I went here today after 10am, figuring they would be open, since every other store in the plaza was. They don't open until 11am. Went back at 12:30, walked in as the "salesperson" was saying goodbye to a customer. "Salesperson" said "hi". I walked around for a few minutes while she straightened up a shelf. I picked up several shoes and looked them over, all the while being completely ignored. "Salesperson" then disappeared into the back of to store. I just walked out - terrible customer service.

Worst Foot Solutions branch. Went there with a friend to pick up shoes he ordered. My friend asked the store person (Maggie) if his order is already there since its suppose to arrive after 2 weeks but its been a month and a half already. This Maggie arrogantly said "Then why are you here?!" -my friend was surprised with her response but just said "We were just hoping that its already here given the long wait".
