Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. The salesperson seemed uninformed and unable to clarify the services offered. Overall, a frustrating experience.
People are nice, but have trouble answering questions in English, recommend not coming unless you already know what you want. No custom made things for at least a year due to the doctor being away, only over the counter things. Price seems reasonable.
The worst service I got in my life. The Sales lady is so impatient. The worst part is they are not transparent or honest in price. I called the store first to find out the price. Unfortunately, I do come back here annually for a pair of runners through my extended health, but the customer service is terrible and inconsistent. I always feel brushed off when I enter even when there are no other customers. Some other days are *just* okay.
Maggie is very knowledgeable and efficient. I have made 2 pairs of orthotic inserts here and am very happy with the end products. I will be making 2 more pairs soon and I have no doubt that they will be of the same high quality. She is friendly and so is the pedorthist that works there. They know what would be helpful for you and do a thorough assessment. The store has many shoes to choose from as well. Parking is easy to find. This store has been around for many years and I highly recommend it.
