Really pleased that my son recommended Foot Solutions to me and that I went. John is very knowledgeable about feet, shoes and orthonics. He is also professional and honest. He measured me up to have custom inserts made. When they came in he fitted me up with some Brooks Beast GTS 24. Between the inserts and the shoes my very flat feet are very happy!
It was a pleasure to get reconnected w/ John & Foot Solutions. He had helped me previously years ago (2011 -2016) setting me up w/ supportive walking shoes & the proper size. I thought he retired when the Birmingham store closed. Since then I’ve had plantar fasciitis 2 to 3 times & lately have developed calluses on my rt foot 🦶. Fantastic. John is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to feet and inserts. My husband needed info on biking and painful feet. They fixed him right up. Great service. And today's August 1st visit was just as the last. John fixed me right up with walking shoes and inserts. Great job, thanks
John was extremely knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. I would recommend him to anyone with foot issues. We walked away with some insights and a possible solution, which was not offered by any of the 3 doctors I saw. He knows feet, and he listens to people, and can really offer some practical advice. Also he took at least 2 hours to work with us, and I’m pretty sure he missed his lunch! We can’t say enough good things!
This could not have been a better experience. I have been having some issues with foot pain due to nagging old injuries and one of the things my doctor suggested was finding a pair of shoes that might help. I went into Foot Solutions in Southfield and John helped me straightaway. He measured me, checked the range of motion I have, watched me walk. It was very extensive.
