This could not have been a better experience. I have been having some issues with foot pain due to nagging old injuries and one of the things my doctor suggested was finding a pair of shoes that might help. I went into Foot Solutions in Southfield and John helped me straightaway. He measured me, checked the range of motion I have, watched me walk. It was very extensive. John was extremely knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. I would recommend him to anyone with foot issues. We walked away with some insights and a possible solution, which was not offered by any of the 3 doctors I saw. He knows feet, and he listens to people, and can really offer some practical advice. Also he took at least 2 hours to work with us, and I’m pretty sure he missed his lunch! We can’t say enough good things!
Terrible experience. My doctor and physical therapist recommended that I get my foot solution orthotics evaluated to see if it would help with my pain and posture problems I am having. He was argumentative and talked me out of every reason it could be the orthotics. He showed zero signs of actually wanting to help me or evaluate my orthotics with his computer. I've been in increasingly severe pain for 12 years and had given up on the idea of being able to enjoy or even tolerate being on my feet ever again. After less than an hour with John, I have 3 great pairs of shoes and more importantly, hope for a less painful future. Thank you.
I spoke to Karen over the phone and she was very helpful. At the store, John helped my husband find the perfect pair of shoes! He was very attentive and informative. Definitely recommend. We drove 35 minutes for this place and it was totally worth the drive.
