Dr. Korges is excellent and very patient oriented. If it wasn't for how efficient and great she is I might consider looking for a location that is more handicap accessible. Very challenging building/office to get my mother in and out of since, other the building entrance, there are no automated doors when wheeling someone in a wheelchair in to their appointment.
Absolutely disappointed. The Dr. and nurse I saw were fantastic. However, the front desk staff has room for improvement. My appointment was nearly 3 weeks ago and I’ve been waiting for a call to schedule a follow up. As someone who has been in chronic pain for months this was so frustrating. I called and was told we’ll call you tomorrow then next week. I left messages and when I finally got ahold of someone she gets an attitude because I questioned the receptionist. All of the ladies in the office are so kind and helpful! Last year I had a foot injury and had a wonderful experience so when I realized I had a new injury, I knew I wanted to go back. There was a minimal wait time in the lobby and after they call your name, it’s smooth sailing from there. On the way to my room, we made a quick stop to get my foot xrays, chatted for a little bit about how the injury occurred and then a few minutes later, here comes the doctor. She is wonderful! Dr Holly Korges was so wonderful with my mom who has a zero tolerance for pain. And her staff is so kind and caring!! What a great first visit, we will be back!
My first visit to see Dr. Grau. He was very kind and compassionate and explained my foot condition thoroughly! Gave me my options for treatment and I just knew that I had come to the right place! I will return here and use Dr Grau as my podiatrist from now on! Gave him five stars, because he was so good and deserved them!!
