I lived at this place twice over the past decade (total of four years) - only moved out when I had to leave the state for school or a job. Nice place with working professionals as neighbors. Great location, horrible management. Apartments are so-so. They say remodeled, but they are far from it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place gets burglarized frequently and the management does nothing to help.
poor maintenance. don't clean the park way in winter. lawn was horrible.big bushes around apt and they don't trim the bushes.. Unfortunately often hear noises from neighbors. Carpet was horrible. the good thing about this apartment is reasonable price what they are giving for.They are not cleaning the laundry rooms on timely.
