Pet Policy Was told I could have a pet if I paid a fee, saw many other neighbors with pets, and then I was told I could no longer have my pet. My pet was not causing any issues or disturbances and it was very upsetting to me that I moved in expecting I could have my little kitty with me. The apartments are old, but it's in an awesome area and you're close to an abundance of things along with the University Of Utah. There's also a grocery store right across the street.
