This practice is deeply unprofessional and unsafe for patients needing mental health care. Due to their own failure to properly bill my insurance, I was silently removed from my therapist’s caseload without any notice, warning, or communication. I’d like to take this time to make a complaint. I’ve been working with Taylor for over a year and yesterday she took my words out of context and sent ACS to my house saying that I abused my 6 year old daughter. She chose the wrong client to violate and she violated my rights as a parent. Is it normal for a "therapist" to ask their "patient" on the first televisit what their religion is? After the patient asks why that is relevant and appears obviously distressed, is it normal to ask again? These guys are incredibly unprofessional and next to impossible to communicate with unless you like getting humiliated and harassed and being told that they are helping you.

I had to call multiple times to get them to cancel my appointments before they did it, and finally I had to call multiple times to cancel my services with them as a whole. They billed me for two months after I cancelled my service. I have called them numerous times (10+) to get a refund and have been told at least 5 times by the billing department that they will contact me regarding the overcharges; I have never heard anything back from them. Going to give 2 stars here, i started therapy last year here in November, my first therapist was good we had a few sessions before she had to leave the company due to some internal reason. I got paired with another male therapist. I was already confused because when asked preferences for my new therapist i specified an African American Women, if not AA, then especially a women.
