I never had a problem with my storage unit. I actually forgot about it for a few months. Everything was safe from the elements and security cameras and gate gave me extra peace of mind. I thought that I would have a whole lot of trouble getting my stuff in, you know paperwork and all that stuff, all I had to do was make the call, go online on my phone and set up the account. We communicated through text they made it all very easy and simple.
Stored our belongings here during our out of state move to Missouri. The owner, David, was very accommodating to our needs of needing a large storage space as well as a space to park our cargo trailer. I never had a problem contacting him about anything, and his storage rates were reasonable as well.
I was having trouble getting my internet connection so I called to see if I could get help setting up my account, the gentleman was so helpful and filled out my application for me, now I have my unit ready and set up for me with in minutes.. thank you so much 😊
