I had the opportunity to visit Forest Hill Health & Rehab recently, and I was truly impressed. The building has clearly been renovated, and it shows—everything felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. I know somebody who personally stayed here as a patient and this facility allowed her bags to explode on her multiple times and then told her that they didn't have anymore so they didn't know what they were going to do.............. I don't care if a place is understaffed, that's not how you treat people that you care for. If you don't like that job then you shouldn't be working there....... The patient I'm speaking of was also sick literally like the entire time she stayed there, it was absolutely horrible. The care here ... read more

We were happy with the care provided recently for my husband for over three weeks. The facility was very clean. The staff was pleasant and kind. The administration was accessible. The nurse practitioner, the physical therapists, and the wound care nurse were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I am in the healthcare field and definitely recommend the facility and staff to others needing care. Thank you.

Warm and welcoming environment, nice and spacious rooms, new renovations, staff members polite and friendly, great leadership team, the facility really takes pride and joy in what they do. Residents are happy and welcome cared for!!
