Awesome service and top of the line physichians
GO ELSEWHERE! If your a veteran they don’t want you to come here. I was told “I hope you don’t come back” when I tired to talk to someone about how I was treated! They don’t verify that your appointment got approved, they make you waste your time by having you take time off work and driving to the facility and then tell you they can’t see you after they called you the day before to confirm you’d be there. Do not see Doshia Burk, nurse practitioner. Her entire demeanor was smug, arrogant, rude and completely disrespectful. At one point she told me that "I was just trying to find something wrong with me." When I further explained my symptoms, that I was sorry this somehow upset her but didn't appreciate being spoke to like that, she smirked and responded "I'm sooo sorry you feel that way." I left in tears I was so upset. I will not be returning to a medical facility that employs such people.
The staff is so friendly and helpful. The wait time is exceptional. The doctors and nurse practitioners make you feel like a valued client.
Unintentionally sharing personal information! The whole waiting room can hear you say the patients address!!! Try saying “Is your address still the same?” Or write it down if they are unsure. The building seems clean. Hand sanitizer and face masks on hand everywhere 👍🏻
