We knew it needed replacement when we bought the house, but they showed hail damage we couldn't see. I contacted Jacob Harrison after a coworker spoke highly of the customer service and the work provided by Jacob and Forever Exteriors. Jacob was amazing! He helped me navigate/battle my insurance company for over seven months but we eventually got them to pay for my new roof. I cannot recommend Jacob highly enough. He does what he says and his word means something. I highly recommend him.
