As a rule I don't respond to salesmen who knock at my door. However, I was comfortable talking with Bob Nowoc about the condition of my roof. He literally had to hold my hand through the process - determining my need for a roof - working with my insurance company and hiring a contractor to do some preliminary work in preparation for my new roof. Forever Exteriors did a great job identifying my roof damage, pushing my claim with my insurance company (despite them dragging their feet), helping me pick the right roof materials, and then installing the roof on time and with good quality. I am glad I picked them. My project manager Karl was a pleasure to work with.

Forever exteriors has been wonderful to work with from start to finish. They impressed me right out of the gate with their pitch - instead of scheduling something later the person at the door was a project manager (Bob) and he was able to both confirm that the initial inspection was free and he was able to do the inspection right then and there. Forever Exteriors came out to inspect my roof. I had concerns having just bought the house. They were very thorough and guided me through all the results. They said the roof was in great shape and didn’t need any work. They didn’t charge me and thanked me for the opportunity. I’d recommend these folks and would use them in the future.
