Forst was great to work with. Buying windows is expensive and stressful. They were NOT pushy, shot me straight, and had the best price out of several quotes. The install crew is all in-house, which means they have much better control over quality. They were quick, courteous, and so friendly. One window was supposed to be triple pane and was double pane. They didn't flinch, ordered a replacement for free, and resolved without issue. I was impressed & would recommend to anyone.
We recently used Forst Builders to replace a large window, as part of a remodeling job. Per Franklin codes, we needed to increase the egress space of our window, due to using the room as a bedroom. They knew exactly what we needed and suggested the most affordable and attractive option. It was a pleasure working with them from start to finish and the codes department was impressed as well, with the replacement and quality!
ONLY USE FORST- Literally, do NOT waste your time speaking with another window replacement company! Honestly, we were dumbfounded- we kept letting different companies quote new windows for our home, because they all say they have such great deals! They don't! Stew and his crew are extremely professional and expert craftsmen, but more than that, they are genuinely good and decent people to work with. Our total experience was overwhelmingly positive, and we were in awe with the quality, efficiency and emphasis on customer satisfaction throughout the process. If you are looking for great quality, well-priced replacement windows, I highly recommend Forst Builders. Forst recently replaced all our back and some side windows (18) and will return in early spring to do the remaining sides and front.
