I recently closed a unit here after 6 years. In all that time everyone I interacted with was great from office staff and management to other renters. The office, grounds, and units were always clean. Everyone was conscientious of parking, trolleys, doors, stairs, etc. and helpful without being too nosy. Gates were always properly operational. To my knowledge, maintenance was never delayed. Security is a priority here - I never had an issue. Units are individually alarmed. Billing and payments were accurate and easy.
Omg we’re to start with Alyssa she is amazing!!!! She is always helping us out!!!! Absolutely amazing place for storage! 5 stars plus some!!!!!

I started renting out a storage unit (5by10 for 99$) in October. In November I was charged 113.00. When I called the lady apologized and said there was a mistake and that I’d receive the refund in December’s payment as just a subtraction of the 14$. Fast forward to December I was charged the 99$ but didn’t see 14$ refunded back to me. Now today in January I am again charged the 113.00. So now this company has taken 28$ from me and I’m not seeing a refund or seeing it fall off my amount each month. For February I better only ... read more
