I recently closed a unit here after 6 years. In all that time everyone I interacted with was great from office staff and management to other renters. The office, grounds, and units were always clean. Everyone was conscientious of parking, trolleys, doors, stairs, etc. and helpful without being too nosy. Gates were always properly operational. To my knowledge, maintenance was never delayed. Security is a priority here - I never had an issue. Units are individually alarmed. Billing and payments were accurate and easy.
When I went in there, the manager was so so nice.She was very helpful to me. She had a wonderful attitude, a beautiful smile on her face. She made my day 😊
