Fort Hill is a great place to live. The amenities are wonderful. Danielle is a fabulous property manager. She is very approachable and willing to help with whatever your problem big or small. The maintenance team is very attentive to the residents and the property. Samantha the social events coordinator is great. She puts on events for everyone to enjoy. I love living here! We have been here over a year, and it's a great community. We especially enjoy the community events that Samantha plans. She puts her heart into everything, and they are always so fun, and a huge success. She is such an asset to this place! Those events are really the glue that keep this place a community! Thanks, Sam!
Fort Hill is an exceptional community with great neighbors, a kind, responsive on-site staff, and updated apartments. You can expect generous-sized rooms, decent closet space, a functional kitchen, and fairly nice finishes. The buildings are well maintained and cleaned regularly, and trash rooms are emptied and inspected often. Love living and working here. I was a bit apprehensive moving into an Apartment building having lived in a house for the last 20 years, but I have been pleasantly surprised in every way from the very beginning .
