i couldnt have been happier working with bryan. he found us a place in the area we were looking within our price range that was fit exactly what we wanted. he negotiated down the rent, was quick to respond with any inquiries or concerns, and made the entire process painless. if we need to move again at any point in the future ill definitely be calling bryan.

I'll make it clear and concise. I asked Bryan to find me a secure, beautiful, and new apartment for my family. Within four hours he had arranged the showing, negotiated the price down, and finalized my lease. He has great resources and personal contacts. I would strongly recommend him to any family. Being transferred to town for work, I was having a difficult time finding the ideal place to rent. Bryan was a huge help finding the perfect place for my large dog and I. He encouraged me to visit sites that I had no initial interest in. Guess what, I ended up loving the places he had to almost force me to see. ;) He was even able to pull some strings and get me the exact apartment I wanted.
