I had an issue that necessitated me complying for a class or leave the campus. Deciding to leave the campus, I saw Ms. Alford in the hall on my way to the lobby door. She noticed that I was agitated and asked what was my concern. After explaining the issue, Ms. Alford didn't pass the buck to someone else, I didn't have to make an appointment, and my issue was immediately resolved. Great job Ms. Alford. I appreciate the time you took addressing my concern and bringing me into compliance.

Ms. People's was a great instructor. She made an impact on my future through her continual care for each student, she made sure that we each understood and would not move forward until we did.
