The place was well taken care of and the security was great. The even have a public restroom. A lot of storage places dont have a restroom. Plus it was very clean. I am not sure if the one in Arroyo Grande has a restroom but Santa lMaria does.
We have had our storage here in the same safe unit for 26 years. Yeah yeah yeah! We have no garage and HAVE to have a unit. It is safe here, clean, and it is very organized. We get notices when they fumigate or have to close for repaying, etc. Frankly, even tho the price goes up every few years, I wouldn't want my things housed anywhere else....except here. It's that close and I feel that content.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Extremely clean and secure facility. Would highly recommend if you are in the need for a storage unit.
