I have been seeing Traci for several years. She takes the time to get to know me and finds the root causes of what’s actually going on and not just treat the symptoms. She works with you as a partner in any suggested treatment plan. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable.
Traci is so knowledgeable and really takes the time to explains things in a way that make it easy to understand. I greatly appreciate that she is invested in figuring out what will help me feel my best and helping me toward that goal. I recommend her 100%
Buyer beware!!! I was charged $500 for a 10 minute “initial consultation” that was just a reiteration of the questionnaire that I had filled out prior to the office visit. Then after the determination that it would require a blood draw to run tests, I discovered that it would require another 2 hour round trip as they had not informed me that a 12 hour fast was required for the blood draw. The whole process felt like a big cash grab. I would highly recommend avoiding this firm.
I was in today for my first blood draw and I have very hard to hit veins. The nurse pulling my blood (I’ve forgotten her name maybe Katelyn? Or something similar) was very friendly! She went above and beyond trying not to poke too many times! Overall my whole experience with everyone at the clinic has been exceptional!
Great experience and very friendly staff. I have been going to Forum Health for a little over 3 months and seeing great results. Well worth the time and money.
