I love the provider that I see. But ever since the practice was sold to Forum Health, it has gotten less and less patient friendly. For this reason, I cannot give a higher rating. I was seeing Dr. Waller since 2011. I used to be able to schedule phone appts to save driving 2 hours round trip and missing time (pay) from work. They won't do that anymore. Pamela Thomas is wonderful and very helpful. However the prices have increased to an extreme absurd degree. It makes going there completely unaffordable for the average person. I will be going elsewhere which is sad because I have developed a relationship with Pamela.
I had the privilege to meet Dr Pamela Thomas. She addressed everything that I was looking for in the proper time and she went beyond my expectations. I can’t wait to see my health improvement soon.
