I have been coming to this weight loss clinic for several months now. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I originally started on the program with Charlene. She was able to clarify the program with me and gave me several program options. She took time to make sure I felt comfortable with the program I chose. My first week, I dropped 7 pounds. Fantastic experience! I have lost a total of over 35lbs in a period of 6 months. All staff including Jenna, Dr Quinn are excellent , knowledgeable, and professional. They have immensely helped and aided me on my weight loss journey. They provide very good insight and education in dietary strategies to help loose weight. As a physician myself I highly recommend Dr. Quinn Weight Loss and also recommend for my patients that I see.
I read reviews, cringed, but I chose to go into program, not expecting much with regards to customer service or actual weight management and/or support. Most important to me was the injections, supplements, appetite suppressants, and personal accountability in that if I invested $1K+ than I’d have to be my own weight loss management/support. I have been using Dr. Quinn for several years. It is a great program & definitely works. I lost over 30 lbs my first time until covid hit! That's why I was concerned when I had an issue with my package. Jenna contacted me & immediately resolved the issue. Customer service was excellent & very professional. I’m so happy I made the decision to come here! I heard through a friend of a friend about Dr Quinn’s program and I thought maybe that would be my answer to try something different! To be transparent, It was against my ‘beliefs’ to try it, because I was educated (with my MS in Exercise Phys degree) to do the work (workout!), decrease my calories and eat whole natural foods all on my own and it will change my body composition.
