I had such a wonderful experience today, even under less-than-ideal circumstances. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. Dr. Cassis was not only very professional, but he also took the time to make me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Absolutely LOVED coming here! They were so chill and made the experience wonderful! Between crouton rants & some great music, all in all i’ve never been anywhere to get teeth work done and had as much fun as i did. The process was so quick, educational, and overall just the best experience ever. 10/10 recommend and will 100% be coming back if i need further work done!!
Dr. Cassis and his assistant were incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding of my fears. Anytime having to have tooth work is not any fun. But I will have to say this office and all the workers are absolutely amazing. I was so nervous bc I dont handle dentist very well. But they all made sure I was comfortable. I also loved they let you pick music u like to play through the procedure. That helped me so much bc I could focus on that instead of the procedure. They also explain everything they are doing to you and show you what they did afterwards. would highly recommend to anyone.
