My experience with Dr. Cassis and his staff was EXCEPTIONALl from the moment I stepped foot in the front door. The office space is beautiful and the environment was welcoming with front desk staff who presented extremely cordial, not to mention the music selection being GREAT! 😃 Dr. Cassin was engaging and personable as was his assistant. I had the absolute pleasure Of being referred to Foundation Endodontics by my dentist. I had to have a root canal and so I was a little bit uneasy going in, but honestly, it was the most painless process that I’ve ever experienced. All the staff was so professional and caring. Dr. Cassis was incredibly kind and he talked me through everything and put me at ease. I would highly recommend them. If I need that higher level of care again I will be going back. As soon as I walked in I couldn’t help but notice how nice and clean the office was! I checked in easily and a few minutes later was taken back to my chair. Hailee introduced herself and immediately made me feel comfortable as I was a little nervous for my root canal. She reassured me that Dr. Cassis was great! She was not wrong. My first visit to Foundation Endodontics earlier today left me greatly impressed. The office staff were very courteous while remaining professional. Dr Cassis and his assistant were both extremely proficient and completed my procedure without causing any pain. The office facility is very clean and modern. Thank you.
Dr. Cassis and his Team are just amazing.. They truly care about you and make you feel at ease with the procedure and make you as comfortable as possible. They explain and discuss in detail procedures needed and genuinely care about your well being from start to finish.
