DO NOT TRUST THIS STORAGE!!! NUMEROUS BURGLARIES REPORTED WITHIN THE PAST YEAR FROM THIS COMPANY ON RECORD FROM THE AUBURN POLICE DEPT. All our belongings taken from our storage, including boxes labeled with memories from a family member who passed away a few years ago were taken. Employees reported that they attempted to contact primary phone number for us on file regarding possible burglary. This place is a joke and the customer service is below any quality i have ever seen. Poor service and they do not care about you as a person. They will lie and cheated you as a person of your own rights very disappointed. This would be the biggest mistake you could make in a storage for your belongings.. Best of luck to ya all.
