I trusted all the reviews but my experience at this place was horrible. Elevator rarely works correctly, most days takes several attempts to get doors to close and most times door close and elevator doesn't move so you get trapped inside for several minutes at a time. "Manager" leaves passive-aggressive threatening signs posted in elevator stating CUSTOMERS are breaking elevator. I moved to a different unit (paying more for ground floor) to avoid elevator. I have the pleasure of working with Heather at the front desk and she was an absolute delight. From check to check out she was nice, easy going and very friendly. She was a total professional. I plan on staying for a while.
Can’t say enough good things about this place. Super friendly people here. Paul and alec were awesome and also had their fair share of jokes. They also explained everything in fair detail and made sure I was confident leaving with the U-Haul rental. I highly recommend anyone looking for storage or U-Haul/moving necessities head over here and do business with them.
Paul is so friendly and helped me with ease when I had trouble with my account. My storage unit always stayed dry. I’ve rented trucks from those locations 3 times. The process has always been smooth. Paul is fantastic!!
Paul is incredibly helpful. He goes above and beyond with his customer service. He is knowledgeable and friendly. The truck was dirty inside, but it did the job!
