I am a reasonable and professional woman, who is generally very accommodating and has never had issues with dentists or orthodontists in the past. I had slight tooth damage caused by a slide bite, due to my aligners, which was identified by my dentist. Dr. Moran refused to acknowledge that the slide bite caused the damage, and she gaslighted me so I doubted the truth my dentist told me. Cannot say enough about Dr Moran and the Foundations Orthodontic team! My son started as a new patient after working with another practice who changed orthodontists several times during treatment, a challenging bite and aesthetic goals we thought would be unachievable. Dr Moran performed extensive, complex imaging on his teeth and facial skeletal structure. His course of treatment was shorter than all prior and in love with his smile! Such a kind office and the best at what they do! 5 stars plus!
I generally avoid leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. My orthodontic treatment with Dr. Moran did not meet my expectations and left me feeling unhappy, frustrated and disappointed.
