Cannot say enough about Dr Moran and the Foundations Orthodontic team! My son started as a new patient after working with another practice who changed orthodontists several times during treatment, a challenging bite and aesthetic goals we thought would be unachievable. Dr Moran performed extensive, complex imaging on his teeth and facial skeletal structure. His course of treatment was shorter than all prior and in love with his smile! Such a kind office and the best at what they do! 5 stars plus!
Dr. Moran has changed my Teens lives for the absolute better. After both my sons had a complicated constricted maxilla and crowding, Dr. Moran performed her magic and now my sons cannot stop smiling! I generally avoid leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. My orthodontic treatment with Dr. Moran did not meet my expectations and left me feeling unhappy, frustrated and disappointed. From the start, the process lacked the clarity and structure I had hoped for. Despite assurances that a treatment plan would be developed, I never received one. Great staff and service! Very friendly and professional about all my needs with my treatment with braces! Flexible with scheduling and make it all work out if you have to reschedule! All in all a great environment to get treatment, would recommend to anyone looking for that perfect smile!
I deeply regret choosing Dr. Moran as my orthodontist. I’m very unhappy with my results, which isn’t surprising given her lack of care and attention. She forgets things, rushes between patients, and doesn’t truly listen. On multiple occasions, she even gaslit me. I just wanted to finish the treatment and never see her again. I would not recommend her.
