For the properly to have emergency contact should also have a guarantee maintance after clock just pointless I have to make 3 calls to let the agent know about my heat not kicking on for hr and she took my 3 calls still nothing being done but later find out they going thru a new maintance team and got my heat fix the next day as well

Horrible they don’t fix nothing

They never completed some of my service requests. All in my bathroom, a bit of the drywall is still undone, my bathroom light fixture is broken and does not work at all. Lastly, the tub faucet still pours water when the shower is turned on. Maintenance did absolutely nothing and waited weeks/months to even come "fix" it. Then closed them all out with no reason why. Just horrible and laughable experience with maintenance since I've been here.
I wish I didn’t have to wait for so long to get my shower knobs fixed the work order has been in since May, also it’s not even all the way fixed as it is still not sealed all the way down.
It took 6 days to have my smoke detectors installed after realizing they were never installed before moving in. On addition, my other service requests were "completed" but there's been on communication on updates.
